Our Red Light Therapy Sessions last for a total of 50 minutes - 40 minute Infrared Sauna Session + 10 minute Whole-Body Vibration Session. Most commonly, you’ll enjoy a relaxing Red Light session 3 to 5 times per week, over a period of one to four months.
WILL INSURANCE COVER RED LIGHT THERAPY?
No, health insurance plans do not cover Red Light Therapy treatments at this time.
WHAT IS WHOLE-BODY VIBRATION?
With whole-body vibration, you stand on a machine with a vibrating platform. As the machine vibrates, it transmits energy to your body, forcing your muscles to contract and relax dozens of times each second. Standing, or better yet performing exercises, on the vibration plate engages your core and hip flexors to stabilize your body.
