In 2007 she went into private practice opening, Park Central Chiropractic, providing care for a diverse wellness demographic. Dr. Tina has raised two children, a son and daughter. Dr. Bennett's daughter was diagnosed after years of competitive dance teams with perimyocarditis secondary to an auto-inflammatory genetic disorder that went undiagnosed until the fall of 2015. Only after her daughter was healthy and started college did she return to practice opening Dallas Chiropractic Metrics.
Dr. Tina enjoys working with patients of all ages from newborn to the elderly, helping them live better. Her faith comes first and her family is a product of that. She enjoys helping people eat, move and think well through the chiropractic lifestyle. She treats her patients like family, only wanting the best for them and if that isn't her she will advocate for her patients to find who, what, where is. Her passion for Platinum Level Patient Care was derived from her years of advocating for her own family, as well as, others.
Dr. Karen Mitchell, DC
Associate Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Karen Mitchell, DC recently moved to Dallas from Indianapolis, IN after living there for over 15 years. Dr. Mitchell was introduced to the chiropractic lifestyle when she experienced a gymnastics injury at 19 years old. After the injury, she developed scoliosis and extreme migraines for several years which kept her from participating in the sports that she loved. However, with routine chiropractic care, she was able to manage her scoliosis and eliminate her migraines which allowed her to return to her active lifestyle. Through this wonderful transformation, Dr. Mitchell found passion and inspiration for her career as a Chiropractor. She hopes to help restore the health of her patients just as chiropractic care helped restore her.
In her spare time, Dr. Mitchell enjoys spending time with her fiancé, four children and six Siamese cats! Yoga, swimming, nature walks, P90X, music (she can play the clarinet & the flute!), and traveling are a few of her favorite ways to unwind. She continuously strives to live a healthy lifestyle by staying active, eating healthy, and getting regular chiropractic care.
Dr. Mitchell graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) with degrees in Spanish and Pre-Chiropractic Studies. She received her doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA in 2017. Dr. Mitchell is fluent in both English and Spanish and looks forward to serving the people of Dallas including the Hispanic community.
